I am not receiving the seperate scrolling frame download I requested via the pop-up link in InDesign.

Tried it directly from the site too. Updated my in5 to the lates version. I used to have it but lost this part of the install with the InDesign updates. Windows 10, InDesign 19, in5 3.8.17

I would recommend checking your Spam folder for the email.

If it's not there, then it may be that your email client is blocking the email. In that case, I would recommend signing up with a different email address.
