add fixed html header & footer

Hi Justin,

Is possible to add "fixed" html header&footer, to have fixed position (not sliding with pages). Header should be the same width as page.

Attach by "in5 resources" or add manual by paste html in index.html with text editor.
e.g.
<div> my header html tags </div>
<div> my footer html tags </div>

Yes, you can attach both the HTML and the CSS in the Resources section of the in5 dialog.
